Nice to see the gentry indulging in the arts.
ReplyDeleteThe flow in this painting is striking, akin to a half melted commercial Easter Egg thrown at a wall, at high velocity. Possibly in anger, given the title? It engenders a strong visual reaction with it's colour and texture and I now find myself heading for cupboard to find some. Negating the artists intended message, possibly, if one considers the title of the work.
Great blog and lets see hope the artist doesn't tackle asparagus as his next subject!
